Seat latch was put in an ultra sonic cleaner used by jewelers with a 200° hot super cleaning solution. This machine sends an electrical current through the piece and breaks up any dirt while cleaning. The wires were cleaned with lacquer thinner as were the surrounding areas of the body. |

We polished the battery holder just like all the other pieces then put a coating of cadmium over it with our plating system. We also polished the bolts and washers, then re-cadmium plated them. |
